EV Rebates and Incentives
PNM is offering rebates on networked level 2 chargers to help customers and accelerate electric transportation adoption in New Mexico. Making the decision to drive an electric car just got better!
Rebates for Residential Customers
Customers may be eligible for rebates on the purchase of qualifying networked level 2 chargers up to $500. PNM will also have offerings available for income-qualified customers to
install electrical infrastructure behind the meter to support a qualifying networked level 2 charger.

Rebates for Business Customers
Customers may be eligible for rebates up to
$25,000 per charger for qualifying fast charger
equipment and projects, and up to $2,500 per level 2 charging port for qualifying equipment and projects for the following project categories:
- Workplace & Fleet
- Public Access
- Multi-family Housing
Business customer rebates are intended to offset the costs required to install EV charging facilities between the PNM meter and the base of the EV charger for qualifying projects.
