The program distributes hundreds of thousands of dollars to thousands of limited-income families in the areas PNM serves, with up to $170 credited directly on qualified customer bills once per year. This program is funded through the generosity of our employees, shareholders, and customers. In fact, PNM shareholders just added an additional $300,000 in Q3 2023 to boost the PNM Good Neighbor Fund.
PNM offers various other programs to help you get caught up on your past-due electric bill and avoid disconnection. Review the eligibility guidelines below and select the way you most prefer to receive financial assistance on your PNM bill.
