PNM is looking to quickly hire Customer Experience Advisors seeking a long-term career that focuses on building relationships, working with a team of customer service professionals, and directly serving customers by improving the customer experience.

Essential duties

Resolves phone and written (i.e. chat, email) inquiries in an efficient, effective, professional, and courteous manner for customers and internal associates, which include challenging interactions.


  • $16.50-$18.00 per hour ($1.00 per hour bilingual in Spanish differential)
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus
  • Opportunity to work from home after 4 months

Minimum skills required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
