Stakeholder Engagement Process
As part of PNM's DSP process, a Stakeholder Engagement Process will allow the public and other stakeholders to solicit their views and assist PNM to build upon their expertise and experience.
To participate in PNM's 2026 DSP, please email us at distributionsystemplan@pnm.com. Signing up will allow us to send you information about the upcoming meetings, view meeting summaries and view presentations and materials related to the DSP.
Schedule of proposed meetings and timelines are posted below. Presentations and meeting materials created by PNM for the Stakeholder Engagement Process will also be updated and posted below.

Due to PNM's corporate policies, the meeting was not recorded. While PNM intended to provide a transcript of the discussion, technical issues prevented the creation of a transcript with sufficient accuracy for public posting. As a result, a transcript will not be posted. To ensure stakeholders have access to the information discussed, PNM has compiled the questions submitted during the meeting and provided responses below.
