You will login using your PNM.com user credentials. If you don't have a PNM.com account yet, you can register in the app or in PNM.com. After you login to the app for the first time, you can enable biometric login using your device's Face or Fingerprint ID.
Yes, you can make payments directly with the PNM Mobile app. You can make fee-free payments using your checking or savings account or use your credit/debit card or digital wallet with EZ-Pay for a $2.00 fee.
