PNM Seeks Demand Response Services

The purpose of these Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to select a third-party implementation contractor ("Implementer") to develop and implement the Public Service Company of New Mexico ("PNM") Demand Response Program ("Program"), to be included in the portfolio of energy efficiency programs offered by PNM. Firms interested in performing these services are invited to submit responses as per the terms outlined in the RFPs.  PNM invites respondents to offer their experience and ideas from other utility programs they have managed.
