Plan for a Brief Power Outage
- There may be a short interruption of power during the meter exchange
- Consider saving work and resetting sensitive electronics ahead of time

- Customers who depend on life-supporting medical devices are encouraged to enroll in PNM's LifeWatch program
- This helps us better support your needs and keep you informed
Have Backup Power Ready
- If you or someone in your home relies on medical equipment, ensure backup power or battery support is available during the brief outage
