The customer notice is required by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission ("NMPRC").
The purpose is to provide you with notice of the PNM Application for Approval of its 2024 Renewable Energy Act Plan and Rider No. 36.
The notice describes the Public Regulation Commission process to consider this request, and how you can participate if you choose to do so. If you do not wish to participate in the regulatory process, you are not required to do anything, and you should consider this notice as information only.
