Customer Notice

The customer notice is required by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission ("NMPRC").

The purpose is to provide you with notice of the PNM Application requesting NMPRC authorization to allow PNM to construct, own, and operate twelve megawatts of battery energy storage systems and authorization for the use of an expedited approval process for this PNM project and other similar projects in the future. The notice describes the Public Regulation Commission process to consider this request, and how you can participate if you choose to do so.

If you do not wish to participate in the regulatory process, you are not required to do anything, and you should consider this notice as information only.
