Customer Notice
The customer notice is required by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission ("NMPRC").
The purpose of this document is to provide you with notice of PNM's Application requesting PRC approval of purchased power agreements, energy storage agreements, and certificates of public convenience and necessity for system resources in 2026.
The notice describes the NMPRC process to consider this request, and how you can participate if you choose to do so. If you do not wish to participate in the regulatory process, you are not required to do anything, and you should consider this notice as information only.
