PNM offers ongoing support to nonprofit organizations through Match Grants, Volunteer Grants, and the Volunteer Excellence Awardeach designed to recognize and amplify the impact of PNM employees and retirees who give back to their communities.

Matching Grant

Matching Grants

In 2026, the PNM | TNMP Foundation's Matching Grant Program will provide a 2:1 match, allowing eligible employees or retirees to triple the impact of their giving. For every $1 donated, the Foundation will contribute $2 to qualifying organizations.

Volunteer Grants

As an employee or retiree, you can provide financial support to the organizations where you volunteer, with up to $2,000 available per year and no more than $1,000 awarded to any single organization by the PNM | TNMP Foundation.
