        Starting October 29th, 2025, the following changes will take place in the New Service Delivery process:

        • Applications for line extensions where the Customer has elected to construct trenching, conduit and/or transformer pads will now be required to request PNM inspections through PowerClerk. A reminder email will be sent until work is complete.
