- Up to $50,000 per DC Fast Charging station, up to a maximum of $200,000 per service address.
- Up to $5,000 per charger port for Level 2 charger, up to a maximum of $20,000 per service address.

Our 3F Non-Residential EV Charging Station Pilot Rate helps multifamily property owners better manage and predict the monthly electric costs of operating shared EV chargers. This volumetric rate structure (based on the amount of energy used per unit) allows commercial customers to more accurately estimate usage costs and set fair, consistent pricing for EV drivers.
Participation requires chargers to be installed on a separately metered service dedicated to EV charging.
