• Treat every power line as dangerous. If you spot a downed line, don't go near it. Call 911 immediately, then notify us at 888-DIAL-PNM.
• Secure outdoor items. High winds can turn patio furniture or trash bins into hazards. Tie them down to prevent damage and outages.

Stay Informed

Knowledge is powerespecially when the power's out.

Stay Prepared

Preparation today means confidence tomorrow.

• Build your outage kit. Be prepared with water, non-perishable food, flashlights, batteries, and essential medications.

rEV Challenge Winners!

PNM offers the rEV program for high school students to inform them about the benefits of EVs. Each school year, students can participate in the rEV Challenge by submitting a 30-45 second video revealing the future and benefits of EVs to their friends. This is a nationwide contest and we are proud to share the first place winner for the 2024-2025 school year was Cordelia W. from Rio Rancho High School! She and her teacher, Ms. Lovato, each won an eBike for her winning entry. Moving can be stressful, but figuring out your electric service doesn't have to be. You can start, stop, or transfer your service easily at PNM.com.

Move In/Start Service: If you're new to PNM or need to turn on service at another address, such as a rental property, you can start your service.

Transfer Service: You can transfer your service from one address to another, as long as both addresses are serviced by PNM.

Move Out/Stop Service: If you're not moving to another location served by PNM, you can cancel your service.
