    Letter of Credit

    Our departing customers

If you are a PNM customer moving to an area served by another utility, a Letter of Credit showing your good credit standing with PNM may reduce or eliminate an account deposit required by the new company.

Please check with your new utility about their policy regarding letters of credit.

New! Request a Letter of Credit online. You can request it be emailed or faxed to yourself or your new utility.

Log in to your PNM.com account to get started. Click 'View Detailed Bill' and then 'Account Activity' in the left hand menu.
