Customer Notice

The customer notice is required by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission ("NMPRC").

The purpose of this document is to provide you with notice of Community Solar Program Phase 2 - Case No. 23-00071-UT.

The notice describes the NMPRC process to consider this request, and how you can participate if you choose to do so.
