With easy-to-read charts and insights, you can see patterns in your energy use, spot spikes, and make small adjustments at home that may help lower your monthly bill.

To access My Energy Usage tools, log in to your email account associated with your PNM Account. You will go to your My Energy Usage monthly summary email.

"My Energy Usage" is a new online tool that helps you better understand how and when you use electricity. It provides easy-to-read charts, monthly usage summaries, and personalized insights to help you make informed decisions and find ways to save energy and money.
We are sending new email alerts and notifications on a regular basis to provide personalized information that helps you better understand your electricity usage and costs. There are multiple types of emails:
- Monthly Summary Email: Captures how much electricity you used during your last billing period, provides insight into your electricity usage by appliance, and includes tips on how to save.
- Similar Home Comparison Email: Shows how your usage compares with similar homes in your area.
- Energy Highlights Alert: Shows personalized suggestions based on energy consumption. These emails are short with the intention to educate the user and raise awareness on the current inefficiencies (or efficiencies) in usage management, and drive engagement with CTAs (Call To Action) that lead to specific pages in the Web.
Your PNM.com account will work the same way as it previously has, however you can now also view a limited number of "My Energy Usage" data charts that provide tips on how to save money and additional energy insights.
Some of the highlighted features of the "My Energy Usage" include:
- Bill summary and monthly energy usage
- Estimated energy use by appliance (for the previous month)
- Insights and trends based on your usage
- Personalized tips and recommendations to help you save money
- More detailed insights will be added in the future as new technologies and SmartMeters are deployed.
