PNM is offering business electric customers incentives for completing new construction projects that are more energy efficient than required by New Mexico building code.

• Beat current building code on a new building by 10 percent: get 8 cents per estimated first year kilowatt hours saved.
• Beat current building code by 20 percent: get 10 cents per estimated first year kilowatt hours saved.
• Enhanced commissioning incentives are also available.
