Energy Star® Home Rebate
PNM is offering homebuilders a rebate for each Energy Star-qualified home they build in a PNM electric service area.
Homes must be inspected by a participating Home Energy Rater and a credentialed HVAC contractor. They will assign a HERS Index based on the energy-efficiency of the home.
