PNM-Silver Horizons Senior Assistance Fair Albuquerque: PNM and Silver Horizons will sponsor a multi-agency assistance fair for senior citizens on Thursday, Jan. 12, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Alamosa Health and Social Services Center, 6900 Gonzales Road in Albuquerque. Income-eligible seniors can apply for up to $140 in utility bill assistance from the PNM Good Neighbor Fund. Seniors aged 60 and up can also apply for Silver Horizons gas and electric bill assistance. Up to $6,500 of free weatherization is also available for income eligible households through Central New Mexico Housing. Free blood pressure and glucose screenings will be offered. A free bag of groceries will be given away to the first 50 participants to apply for the Good Neighbor Fund or Silver Horizons utility bill assistance. Drawings will be held to give away ten $25 Walmart gift cards. Other Participating Organizations
