The plan allows customers to take up to seven months to pay their PNM winter gas and electric bills with no upfront payment required and no interest added to the bill. “Utility bills that accumulate over the winter can be overwhelming. We want to do everything we can to help,” said Ron Edgington, PNM Customer Service director of production operations. Edgington said the bill assistance days are a pilot program.
