PNM Customers Have a New, Toll-Free Albuquerque: PNM has a new toll-free number to call for routine customer service questions as well as emergencies: 1-888-DIAL PNM (1-888-324-5766). PNM customers with gas or electric emergencies can talk with a PNM representative 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Starting Saturday, August 25, the PNM customer call center will be open on a new schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., to help customers with billing questions, starting or stopping service, and to provide information about PNM Sky Blue® and energy efficiency rebates. Although customer service for non-emergency transactions is not available on weekends, PNM customers can check their bill status around the clock by calling 1-888-DIAL-PNM and selecting Option 6. Account status and information about PNM E-Bill and other programs is always available at PNM.com. PNM is a subsidiary of PNM Resources, an energy holding company based in Albuquerque, N.M.
