PNM Los Lunas Office Moves
to New Location Thursday

Albuquerque: The PNM customer service office in Los Lunas will move to a new location, opening this Thursday, November 30, at 3414 Highway 47, Suite A on the south end of Bobson’s Plaza, just one block south of the Big 5 Sporting Goods store.

“We are moving to a larger office and adding staff to better serve our growing Los Lunas customer base,” said Terry Horn, vice president of PNM Marketing and Customer Service.

The new office will be open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The old office, which is located in Smith’s Food and Drug on Main Street, will close at noon Tuesday and remain closed through Wednesday to allow for the move.

Customers with PNM billing or service questions can talk with a customer service representative by calling (800) 687-7854 Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Help with a gas or electric emergency is available at that number 24 hours a day.
