PNM Customers Will Receive Two-Sided Monthly Bill Beginning in August

Albuquerque: PNM customers in August will begin receiving a new two-sided monthly bill designed to reduce waste and help the environment.

“Moving to double-sided printing of bills is consistent with our commitment to environmental sustainability,” said Terry Horn, PNM Vice President of Customer and Market Services. “Throughout the company, we are looking for more ways to reduce our use and recycle. This is an important way to do that.”

The move to double-sided printing will reduce PNM’s paper use by 5.5 million sheets per year, enough to save 660 trees.

The design of the bill will stay basically the same; the only other significant change is that a detailed explanation of terms currently on the back of the bill will now be sent to new customers and available online at all times at http://www.pnm.com/mybill.
