News ReleaseAug. 25, 2005 PNM Customer Service Centers To Stay Open Later Starting in September
Albuquerque: In response to customer feedback, PNM will keep its walk-in customer service centers in Albuquerque open a half-hour later beginning Sept. 1. The new walk-in hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the following PNM walk-in centers:
Currently the walk-in centers are open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The new schedule, in addition to allowing a later closing time, also allows customer service representatives to provide speedier service throughout the day. "Customers have told us they would like to access our walk-in centers after the workday has ended," said Cindy Curry, PNM manager of customer service. "We expect this change will not only make for more convenient hours for our customers, but for shorter visits as well." Customers also may drop payments prior to 9 a.m. using the drop boxes at any of the walk-in centers. PNM will post those payments the same day. PNM customers with questions about their bill or account also may contact the customer service call center Mondays through Fridays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. From the Albuquerque metropolitan area, call 246-5700.
