PNM Foundation Announces $94,500 in Grants
for N.M. Nonprofits
Albuquerque: The nonprofit, shareholder-funded PNM
Foundation has announced awards to seven New Mexico organizations
that support educational and community-based programs that
benefit youth, seniors and adults. The grants total $94,500.
"These nonprofits' programs are bringing valuable resources
to those who need them most," said Diane Harrison Ogawa,
PNM Foundation executive director. "The PNM Foundation
is proud to partner with these organizations to help build
a stronger foundation and brighter future for our state."

The grants announced today were for the third grant period
of 2003. Deadlines for PNM Partnership Grants are Jan. 15
and July 15.
Celebrating 20 years of improving New Mexico's
quality of life, the PNM Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt
corporation that was originally endowed by a gift from PNM's
shareholders. No customer funds are part of the endowment.
