PNM To Move Anthony Gas Service Center

Albuquerque: PNM will move its Anthony Gas Service Center to a new location next week.

The new location, at 826 N. Anthony Drive, will provide additional space for the growing service center, which serves approximately 7,700 residential and commercial PNM gas customers in Anthony, Santa Teresa, Sunland Park and other communities in southeastern New Mexico.

The present location, at 412 North Anthony Drive, will close its doors at 4 p.m. on Dec. 3. The new service center, just four blocks away, will open for business at 9 a.m. on Dec. 4.

"Only our address is changing," said Billy Sedillo, a PNM manager. "Everything else — our hours of operation and the services we offer — will stay the same."

PNM customers will continue to have the option of paying their bills in person at the new location through the customer care walk-in center.

The Anthony Gas Service Center currently employs 13 people who provide customer service to area PNM customers and operate and maintain PNM's natural gas transmission and distribution systems in southern New Mexico.
