PNM's East Mountain Customer Service Office
Relocating to Juan Tabo and Central N.E.

Albuquerque: The PNM customer service office in the East Mountains will relocate to Juan Tabo and Central to reach more customers. The new office, located at 166 Juan Tabo N.E., will open May 1.

The East Mountain office will close April 25.

"It's a new location but the same commitment to customer service," said Sarita Loehr, PNM's vice president of customer and market services. "The new office is still accessible for our East Mountain customers and gives Albuquerque customers access to a new office as well."

The new Juan Tabo office will be open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., two more hours per day than the East Mountain office has been.

In addition to being more accessible to more customers, the relocation also will alleviate some of the lines and parking concerns at PNM's downtown customer service office.

East Mountain customers will still be able to pay bills by using the drop box at the Wells Fargo bank in Tijeras. Customers also can take advantage of the other PNM payment options, such as Automatic Bank Draft. Automatic Bank Draft allows customers to automatically have their monthly PNM payment withdrawn directly from a checking or savings account.
