Veteran's Day Closure: PNM Customer Service Centers Closed

Albuquerque: PNM's Call Center, Convenience Centers and Customer Service Offices in Albuquerque, Grants, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho and Belen will be closed on Veteran's Day, Mon., Nov. 11.

The Albuquerque Call Center, which takes telephone calls from PNM's utility customers around the state, will be closed. PNM offices that service walk-in customers will be closed at the following locations:

• 414 Silver Ave. SW, in downtown Albuquerque;
• Smith's at 6125 Fourth St. NW, in Albuquerque;
• 1625 Rio Bravo Blvd. SW, Suite 27, in Albuquerque;
• 12129 Highway 14 N., Suite 8, in Cedar Crest;
• 19377 Highway 314 in Belen;
• 358 W. Highway 550 (old Highway 44) in Bernalillo;
• 307 N. First St. in Grants;
• 4100 Southern Blvd. SE, Suite 300A, in Rio Rancho.

These offices will be closed to allow customer service employees to attend a training conference. PNM Customer Service offices located elsewhere in New Mexico will not be affected by the closure and will remain open. Despite the closure, all PNM electric and gas meters will be read on Nov. 11.
