The figures shown represent the overall satisfaction ratings from 2005 - 2008. In 2009 PNM changed suppliers and now uses J.D. Power & Associates to asses customer satisfaction using a 100 to 1000 scale.

(2) OSHA Recordable Injury Rate for employees. 2005 rate represents PNM utility and PNM Resources. 2006 - 2009 rates represent PNM utility, PNM Resources, TNMP utility and First Choice Power subsidiaries.

(3) The 2005 total contributions include a one-time $2.5 million donation from the corporation to the PNM Foundation. PNM Resources Foundation is the umbrella organization for the First Choice Power Fund, PNM Fund and the Texas-New Mexico Power Fund.
