Support the New Mexico Plan

PNM supports a plan proposed by the New Mexico Environment Department to reduce regional haze in the Four Corners area.

The state's plan would meet the same federal standards to improve visibility in the region, but would do so at about one-tenth the cost of a plan proposed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
