Responsibility for continuous
performance improvement
We will conform to the spirit as well as the letter of
the law. The Board of Directors of PNM Resources will review
the results of implementing this policy and will regularly
audit the company's system of environmental management to
ensure continuous improvement in performance and application
of best practices throughout the company.
