View My Bill provides you with information about your PNM account(s) online at My PNM, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- View My Bill enables you to:
- get real-time billing and payment status information.
- view printable PDF copies of your paper bills.
(requires Adobe Reader 7.0.8 or higher)
- view your usage history.
- view charts of your usage history.
- get advanced electricity usage information.
- view your payment history.
- Make a one-time payment online:
- Pay using your checking or savings account (free)
- Pay with a credit, debit, or ATM card ($2.95 fee)
- Payments are made through Western Union Speedpay, authorized payment processor for this service.

Log in to an existing My PNM account or set up a new one
As a MY PNM user, you can also:
- sign-up for Budget Billing.
- sign-up for PNM Sky Blue, a wind energy program.
- sign-up to make monthly donations to the PNM Good Neighbor Fund.
- Donations are matched by PNM.
- perform tasks for multiple PNM accounts within the same profile.
