Third-Party Notification
You can be notified if a friend or relative falls behind on his or her PNM
account.
The PNM Third-Party Notification plan allows PNM to notify a third party if
a customer's account is more than 30 days past due, or if PNM begins disconnect
procedures with the account.
Third-Party Notification does not obligate the third party to pay the customer's
energy bill. The customer is still responsible for payment of the bill.
The agreement can be canceled at any time by request of the customer or the
third party.
