When the automated phone system answers:

1. Follow the voice prompts.
2. Say "outage."
3. Say "power out."

To help us locate the outage, you may be asked to enter:

• your phone number.
• the Social Security number listed on the account.
• the first 9 digits of your account number.

If we already know about your outage, an estimated restoration time - if available - will be provided.
