PNM Good Neighbor Fund Requirements
Qualifying
The PNM Good Neighbor Fund can cover as much as $200 of an unpaid PNM bill.
The help provided to you by the fund, if you are eligible, may
be less.
You may be eligible, if:
- based on income (see chart), you are eligible for help from LIHEAP;
- you already have applied for help from LIHEAP.

Special conditions
If you are turned down by LIHEAP, you still may be eligible
for help from the PNM Good Neighbor Fund.
You may merit special consideration, if:
- you have a family member in the hospital;
- you recently lost a job.
