When will the first automatic payment happen?

Automatic payment of your PNM electric bill starts after you receive your first PNM E-Bill e-mail.
- Pay any amount due ("Total amount due" on your most recent utility bill) by your normal payment method to keep your account current.
- PNM E-Bill will be e-mailed to you approximately 17 business days before your bill is due.
- The due date on your PNM bill will not change.

PNM E-Bill only applies to your PNM electric bill. PNM sold its gas utility to New Mexico Gas Company on January 30, 2009. If you want to pay your New Mexico Gas Company bill by an automatic payment plan, please contact them directly.
