Injury
or damage
If you believe you have suffered a loss
whether it be a personal injury or damage to equipment as a result
of PNM's business operations, you may contact us and make a claim for compensation
of your damages. PNM will investigate your claim, make a determination regarding
liability and contact you regarding the outcome.
PNM is not responsible
for damages it does not cause or over which it has no control. For example, PNM
is usually not responsible for damages resulting from power outages or voltage
fluctuation caused by weather-related conditions such as rain, lightning and wind.
Documentation
Please save any items or evidence
that would help you document and prove your claim. Such items include repairs
bills and receipts as well as damaged items themselves, including food, television,
computers, radios and motors.
