Sale of Natural Gas Business

The sale of PNM's natural gas business to New Mexico Gas Company was final on Jan. 30, 2009.

The sale of the gas utility was approved by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission in December 2008.

New Mexico Gas Company is a subsidiary of Continental Energy Systems.
