Sale of Natural Gas Business
The sale of PNM's natural gas business
to New Mexico Gas Company was approved
by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission
in December 2008.
The sale of the gas utility to New Mexico Gas Company is complete, effective Jan. 30, 2009.
New Mexico Gas Company is a subsidiary
of Continental Energy Systems.
