RFP: Utility-Owned 500kW PV System

Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) issued an RFP for a Utility-Owned 500kW Photovoltaic system on March 1, 2010.

The RFP sought qualified suppliers to submit a proposal offering a turn-key solution for the design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning at a site near Albuquerque, New Mexico. Installation is expected to take place in late 2010 – early 2011.

Proposals are no longer being accepted. The deadline to submit a proposal for the Utility-Owned 500kW PV System was April 15, 2010.
