PNM Donates Computers to Hispano Chamber
Las Cruces: PNM has donated three computers to the
Hispano Chamber in Las Cruces. The computers, complete with
software, will help the Hispano Chamber meet its goals of
serving small businesses in the area.
Gabe Ruiz, PNM employee and Hispano Chamber board member,
said, "We are happy to meet this local need. The Hispano
Chamber plays an important role in our area, and the computers
will allow them to be more efficient."
The Hispano Chamber, an affiliate of the Greater Chamber,
is also in involved in economic development efforts.
PNM is a combined electric and gas utility
serving approximately 1.3 million people in New Mexico. The
company, a wholly owned subsidiary of PNM Resources, also
sells power on the wholesale market in the Western U.S. PNM
Resources stock is traded primarily on the NYSE under the
symbol PNM.
