  • Call PNM to report your outage: 1-888-DIAL-PNM (888-342-5766).
  • PNM updates online outage reports as quickly as possible, however not all outages may be listed.
  • Map is automatically updated every 10 minutes.
  • Map only displays outages for areas served by PNM.
  • Click on "Start over" to return map to its default view.
  • Map was designed to be used on a desktop or laptop. May not be viewable or fully functional on all mobile devices.
