PNM Systems
Keeping the lights on in homes and
businesses takes a complex infrastructure and a network of
dedicated employees.
PNM provides reliable electricity service to more than 1.3
million New Mexicans as well as wholesale customers throughout
the Southwest. PNM relies on energy from eight power plants
and brings it into cities and towns over a series of power
lines and neighborhood substations.
RFPs for solar, other renewables
A request for proposals (RFP) to install new solar PV on the PNM electric system was issued in Aug. 2009.
