  • Direct withdrawal from your checking account

• Still get a paper bill in the mail

Paying your PNM bill due in February

PNM completed the sale of its gas operations to New Mexico Gas Co. on Jan. 30.

• Pay the total amount due for both gas and/or electric service, as it shows on the paper bill that was mailed to you in January.
• If you previously received both electric and gas service from PNM, disregard the total amount due showing at BillMatrix. Use the amount on your paper bill instead.
• You will receive your first bill from New Mexico Gas Co. in February.

Making a one-time payment

• A convenience fee of $2.95 will apply to all payment types. Why is there a fee?
  
• Payments are made through BillMatrix, authorized payment processor for PNM.
• This payment option should only be used to pay your monthly energy bill.*
