- PNM E-Bill is free. There are no transaction fees.
- Sign up online, one-time.
- No forms to print and mail.
- You will be transferred to the secure BillMatrix Web site to complete the signup process.
- BillMatrix is an authorized payment processor for PNM.
- Choose your payment method.
- Visa® credit or debit card
- Checking account
- ATM card (with a PULSE® or STAR® logo)
- Get your statement e-mailed to you each month.
- Includes a PDF copy of your PNM bill.
- Lets you know the amount that will be automatically paid.
- Get a paper bill and a PNM E-Bill the first month, then no more paper bills.
- Your PNM bill is paid automatically for you, using the payment method you selected.
- No checks to write or postage to pay.
- The amount due will be automatically withdrawn three (3) business days prior to the due date shown on the e-statement.
- Automatic payment of your PNM bill starts after you receive your first PNM E-Bill e-mail.
- Pay any amount due ("Total amount due" on your most recent utility bill) by your normal payment method to keep your account current.
- PNM E-Bill will be e-mailed to you approximately 17 business days before your bill is due.
- The due date on your PNM bill will not change.
- PNM E-Bill customers can always make changes online.
- Change the e-mail address where your bill is sent

- Cancel PNM E-Bill
- PNM E-Bill only applies to your PNM electric bill. PNM sold its gas utility to New Mexico Gas Company on January 30, 2009. If you want to pay your New Mexico Gas Company bill by an automatic payment plan, please contact them directly.
