Electricity Rates and Riders

We provide electronic rate and tariff documents (in pdf format) for the convenience of our residential and business customers. Our tariffs are subject to regulatory review and approval by New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (NMPRC). All of the rates and tariffs on this site have been approved by the NMPRC.

Integrated Resource Planning (IRP)

The integrated resource plan identifies the most cost-effective resource portfolio to meet customer energy needs and includes a four-year action plan with a look out at the next 20 years.

Customer Notice of Proceeding 

A public hearing will be held beginning on June 5, 2017, and continuing on succeeding days through June 21, 2017, as determined to be necessary by the Hearing Examiner, in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Commission in the PERA Building, 1120 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501 to hear and receive evidence, arguments and any other appropriate matters relevant to this proceeding. Oral in-person public comment will be taken starting at 9:00 a.m. on June 5, 2017, with comments limited to three minutes per person. The evidentiary portion of the hearing will start at 1 p.m. on June 5, 2017 and will start at 9:00 a.m. on succeeding days.
