What is a payment arrangement?
Answer: A payment arrangement gives you more time to pay an amount that is already past due and helps you avoid having your services shut off due to non-payment.
What are the qualifications to get a payment arrangement?
Answer: If you have a PNM bill with a disconnect notice but you are unable to pay the amount due by the "pay no later than" date, you can request a payment extension. An account cannot be granted a payment extension if any of the following are true: the account has more than one bill past due; service has already been scheduled to be disconnected for non-payment; or the account is signed up for Automatic Payment, Budget Billing or Summary Bill.
What is the least I can pay?
Answer: You will be required to pay the past-due amount.
What if I can't keep my payment arrangement?
Answer: if you do not keep the payment arrangement, the disconnection process may resume.
