We know that maintaining PNM services can be a challenge for New Mexico-based
military members who have been or will be deployed outside the state.
We would like to offer a few ideas to help you take care of your PNM
service as easily as possible. We'll gladly assist you with maintaining
your energy services and setting up payments for your bills. Give us a
call, send an e-mail or stop by any PNM office to find out more about
these options.
- Automatic Bank Draft, in which your monthly bill is automatically
deducted from your checking or savings account
- Budget Billing, in which you pay a level amount each month for your
energy throughout the year
- Adding a friend or relative as an additional responsible party to
your account, allowing he or she to make decisions regarding your account
until you return
To actually make changes to your account, we need to speak with you in-person
or on the telephone. If you already have been deployed and can't call
us, please send us an e-mail and we'll let you know what options may be
available.
